Pre-order dates are estimates. Publisher, printer, distributor, freight, and convention delays can move a release after an order is placed.
Each pre-order listing shows the best expected ship date available when the listing is posted. A pre-order book may arrive to Keyframe Co—and ship to the buyer—up to one month after the stated release date. This window is part of the pre-order and should be considered before purchasing.
Pre-order books ship as soon as they arrive at Keyframe Co, pass an incoming condition check, and can be packed safely. Tracking is provided when the carrier accepts the shipment. If an order combines products with different arrival dates, Keyframe Co may hold the order so it can ship together unless a different arrangement is confirmed.
Release dates can change without notice. When Keyframe Co receives a meaningful delay update, we will make a reasonable effort to share the revised estimate. A changed estimate does not mean the book has been canceled.
To request a cancellation, message us through our contact form before the shipping label is created. If the book has not shipped and the order has not entered final packing, Keyframe Co will review the request and confirm whether it can be canceled. Approved cancellations are refunded to the original payment method. Once an order has shipped, the Return & Refund Policy applies instead.
